For the first time since the baby daddy scandal broke Justina Bennett was spotted at a local medical center Tuesday morning for what we can only assume is a scheduled appointment. Baby daddy Spencer Russo was nowhere to be found but we doubt as the countdown begins he isn’t far away from his spawn. After the brief stop at the medical center Justina was spotted having lunch with her sister actress Haylee Bennett.

In the weeks following the baby daddy scandal both Bennett and Russo have been quiet on the subject, Justina’s agent only releasing a brief statement confirming Russo as the father and that both requested privacy as they navigated through this time in both their lives.
